Dorei

Dorei is situated on a peninsula on the northwest part of Celaria. For years, the elves were in conflict with their neighbors, the Grelkoh ogres. The ogres, in need of better resources initiated the war that would go on for years... that is, until the Great Sphere appeared. Once the sphere was utilized for it's resources, an uneasy alliance was formed with the ogres. The elves would use their magic to help refine the power of the Sphere to aid with crops and medicine for the ogres, and the ogres would bar entry to outsides that attempted passage to Dorei. This arrangement is still in effect to this day.

The land of Dorei is covered in a lush forest, at the center is a massive tree which is where the population of elves reside. The elves that live here are in touch with nature, the tree which they refer to as the 'Tree of Life', is a bountiful source of magical power in it's own right. While not as vast as the magic from the Sphere, it helps the elves keep their lands healthy, and their lives strong. Their primary city is situated around and within the Tree of Life itself, and the elves prefer a life of isolation and solitude from the rest of the world, though some elves may leave those lands wishing for a life of adventure.

The elves themselves do not wish for the power of the sphere. However, in accordance to the treaty between all nations, they eventually agreed to assist the ogres with refining the sphere's power to help with their own resources. Every now and then, they'll allow visitors if there's certain materials that are wished for to conduct business. Aside from elves and the few visitors that may be allowed, the ogres turn away any visitors, while the elven military keeps the shores safe from anyone that attempt to enter through the shores from the ocean.
