In Conflict of Celaria, when you RP, you receive experience. Any type of RP is rewarded with exp. Normal every day type RP (Tier 3) is rewarded 1 exp an hour, with an additional 1 exp rewarded for logging in and posting. Tier 2 exp is double the exp for many events - such as a quest, dungeon, or a story related rp session that effects characters and surroundings. Tier 1 triples exp, the highest tier. Tier 1 is reserved for climactic events that can effect the lands and many characters. Exp Tiers are decided with GM discretion.
Players are to keep up with logging their own exp with a link to a sheet that can be edited by anyone. Gms and mods will be nice if you're new, and throw your name up. But please don't expect this to happen. If you don't put your name and hours down and you've been around for some time, you don't get to complain about not receiving exp.

Rules Regarding the Time Sheet:
Use common sense. Don't try to skew your hours for more exp. You are not to adjust another players time if you are not a gm or mod without permission from the player or the mod. If you have trouble accessing the sheet, just ask someone to get you down on the sheet when you start and before you leave. If there's any problems with this, get with a mod. If you're observed trying to raise your hours or blatantly sabotaging another player's hours, action will be taken.
Do not forget to log your times. If you're a new arrival, I expect other gms and mods to assist in helping new players get used to the exp sheet. After time, however, you will need to remember to log your times. If you forget your end time and a GM/Mod remembers when you stopped? If we still have your end time we'll put it down. Mistakes happen. But if you forget to record your name or your end time on a consistent basis, don't expect the admin staff to constantly cover for you. If I see you regularly not putting end times, all I'm going to give you is an hour.
When events are going down, GMs and Mods will make an extra sheet and record people's times, as to not clutter the sheet. For events, the admin overseeing it will generally be responsible for getting players or times down. If they ask for help on that regard, please don't be afraid to offer assistance.

For the time being, the sheet will only list the name of your character, the amount of exp, currency and freebie points for altering/adding stats. Only GM's can alter the Player List and tally exp.
