Welcome to the races section. For this RP, we allow anyone to submit and create a Race. We aren't too picky, as long as you don't plan on making anything overpowered. We enjoy creativity, so if you have something you want to add that's not a part of the normal fold (Human/Elves/Dwarves etc), please feel free to add them. A GM will have to approve it, especially if it comes with certain stat benefits.
Favored Points:
When making a race, depending on the nature of your creation, they will have so many favored points. Humans, for example, don't get any stat/passive traits, but get six favored points to allocate into stats due to their versatility. This will differ from race to race. For example, a dwarf will have favored points to being sturdy and able to wear heavy armor, compared to an elf who may have a set favored point in either dexterity or magic. You MUST spread those points apart, you cannot stack more than one favored point into the same stat or skill.
Races and Classes:
The difference between more humanoid races and monster/demonic types is their ability to choose a class. Humans/Elves/Dwarves can use classes freely, however, monster and demon types cannot. However, monsters and demons will get their own set of abilities and traits similar to how classes are made, depending on the monster/demon type. A dragon clearly cannot be a warrior or a hero class, but they will get bonuses due to their size, boosts to claw, tail, and breath attacks.
Half Breeds:
When making a class that's mixed - such as a half demon and half human and so on, you will need to combine certain aspects of both races. You won't get the full benefits of both, so keep that in mind when making a certain breed of race.
NOTE: Like your abilities/spells learned/stats, place your choice of favored points and the like in your profile or character sheet so the GM's will have it for reference.
