Welcome to the RP! This will act as a quick guide for newbies. CoC is basically a high fantasy environment RP that uses dice and stats for combat and the like. We allow almost any type of character to play, much of the environment is high fantasy, but even someone from a modern world can end up here if the player so chooses, as long as everyone adheres to our rules. CoC is focused on quests and combat, but can also be used for slice of life RP as well. If you want to simply own a bar or do tavern style RP, that's completely up to you.

Setting
Celaria is in a high fantasy setting. There are five nations with differing cultures, and each one can be seen on our nations page. As of now, there is a relative peace between all five nations. Outside of those nations are various monster tribes, some intelligent, some primal, and their intentions for good and evil varies. in Telnasa, the adventurer's guild has become quite prominent, and even assisted in rooting a large portion of organized crime out of the city. That, however, only caused them to take to the bandit life and attack travelers, an issue that's compounded with the monster tribes that are less than friendly. As of late, a new threat has appeared all over the continent. While this threat isn't huge, new dark creatures have emerged and are now attacking people with little regard or reason. Due to the mysterious, dark powers surrounding them, they have been known to be called The Corrupted.

You will start off around whatever city is most active within the RP with players, or one of your choosing. Your character can be a native to this world, or you can have your very own character pop out from another world from some means or another. I'm not picky, just no god tier types.
