Demons are thought to have existed since the beginning of time. Generally thought to be the bane of all living things, there are those that simply live quietly among the other races as well. They don't appear often, and it's usually unclear to what they want. Like monsters, there are mindless demonic entities that want nothing more than to munch on flesh. Then, there are the highly intelligent demons, most of which excel at physical or magic based combat, and sometimes even both. Their appearances vary, at times it's hard to tell the difference between a high ranking monster and demon. But if the creature is throwing out powerful magic... it is more often than not, a demon.
AC and HP: Any size, demons come in all sizes!
Can use any weapon. Claw/fang/tail attacks also apply.
Favored Points:
You have two favored points that can be distributed across ALL main attributes.
Demons may take two Favored Points in the following skills:
Fortitude
Will
Indimidate
Spellcraft
Lore
Magic Arts
Awareness
Leadership
Bonus Traits:
Physical or Spiritual Bonus:(Pick one) Demonic blood makes your attacks more focused and destructive. +1 in damage, +2 in accuracy to either physical or magical attacks.
(Pick one of the following 2)
Demonic Flight: You're a demon with wings. Automatically start with +1 to Fly skill. Cannot choose Demonic Agility if choosing Flight.
Demonic Agility: You don't have wings, but you make up for it by being able to move well and strike fast. +2 to dexterity. Cannot choose Demonic Flight if using Agility.
Demon Learning System: (2 types, physical and magical)
30 Exp for each.
Physical:
5: Demon's Fortitude: +2 to Fortitude Checks
10: Demon's Rage: (Ability) Able to be used in conjunction with your next physical attack. reduce your HP up to 3 points to be added as damage to the target.
15: Demon's Focus: Physical attacks gain +2 to accuracy
20: Syphon Strike: (Ability) Used in conjunction with your next attack, if a successful hit, 3 HP is restored to user. 6 HP upon critical hit.
25: Demon's Resilience: +3 to physical damage resistance
30: Demon's Force: (Ability) A trained demon in the ways of physical combat can hone their body and mind to become even more fearsome. +3 to damage and accuracy for 4 turns.
Magical:
5: Demon's Fortitude: +2 to Fortitude Checks
10: Demon's Destruction: (Ability) Use your own vitality to power your next spell. Reduce your HP up to 3 points to be added as damage to the target.
15: Demon's Spirit: Magic based attacks gain +2 accuracy
20: Demon's Protection: +2 damage mitigation against magic attacks
25: Demon's Power: +3 to magic based damage
30: Demon's Devastation: (Ability) A demon who has honed his magic to a frightening art. +3 to damage and accuracy for 4 turns.
