Ninjitsu spell list uses power for damage when aiming to cause damage. Like the Martial Artist spell list, it uses martial arts and conduit for accuracy.
Not a very big list, all spells will cost 3 exp.
Conceal: Cloaks self entirely to blend in with surroundings. 1d20+stealth is rolled. Must be a 10 for cloak to activate. If another wishes to notice caster, they must make a roll that trumps caster's roll with Awareness factored in.
Smoke: Conjures a cloud of smoke to aid in escape. A 1d20 is rolled. Stealth skill is factored in. Those that wish to give chase must make a higher roll with Awareness factored in.
Flame: conjures a flame from below that engulfs opponents. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or cause 1d3 burn damage for 3 turns. (3 TP for full effects)
Drown: Summons waves of water to punish and knock back enemies. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or cause 1d3 drowning damage for 3 turns. (3 TP for full effects)
Volt: Bolts of lightning are brought forth to strike targets. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or cause 'shock' debuff that lowers opponents damage by 3. (3 TP for full effects)
Stone Spikes: Conjures man sized spikes from the earth below. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or 1 TP to create an additional quicksand effect under target(s) to temporarily slow them, lowering AC by 2 (3 TP for full effects)
Tempest: A wind summoned to not only pick up and slam an opponent, but weaken perception through dizziness. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or cause -3 accuracy 3 turns. (3 TP for full effects)
Frost: Blades of ice appear, raining down on one or several enemies. Single target at 1d6+pwr, AOE at 1/2 pwr. For 1 TP, can either use for full power aoe or cause 1d3 frost damage. (3 TP for full effects)
Image: Creates two illusions of caster. When attacked, a 1d3 is rolled. Attacker must roll a 3 to score a hit on caster. If a 1 or 2 is rolled, that image vanishes, and on the next turn, a 1d2 is rolled and a 2 must be rolled to hit the caster.
Shadow Bind: A dark art that conjures black needles from the shadows to surround a target. If successful, the target loses an AP that turn. 3 TP to use.
